History

Nathan Levin has substantial experience in real estate and has built a knowledge base that extends through many areas including: multifamily, industrial, commercial, and shopping center management.

His real estate career started with property management in Central California in 1969. He became a CPM in 1973. In 1981 he was a lease negotiator and property manager for the State of Oregon. Nathan Levin Co. was started in 1985.
